The Waxx Room is located in Edmond, off of Kelly, halfway between 33rd and 15th. We are on Enterprise Dr., which is on the East side of Kelly between Don's Floor Gallery and LINE-X. There is no stop light at Enterprise Dr., so be sure you're not turning onto Centennial. We are on the left-hand side of Enterprise, right next to Fitness Equipment World. Look for brick arches and a red and white sign in the grass.

~Please note that if you take 235/US-77/Broadway Extension, you want to take the Northbound Kelly exit. Unfortunately Mapquest and Googlemaps will direct you differently.

Cancellation Policy

It is important to understand that our technicians work on a commission basis. The time allocated to you is reserved specifically for your appointment, so if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, it is unlikely that your time slot could be filled by another client. Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated; likewise we will attempt to run on time to the best of our ability. If you are 15 minutes or more late we will gladly reschedule you, but we will have to charge you for the missed service. If you need to cancel or change an appointment, please try to give us at least 24 hours notice. In some cases, a fee of at least half of your service cost may be charged. Same day cancellations or failure to show for an appointment may result in the full cost of the treatment being charged. We do understand that sometimes unavoidable conflicts may arise, so it is our policy to give each client a "second chance" the first time they cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice. Enforcement of the cancellation policy is at the full discretion of The Waxx Room. Please contact us and we'll see what we can work out.
