It is important to understand that our technicians work on a commission basis. The time allocated to you is reserved specifically for your appointment, so if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, it is unlikely that your time slot could be filled by another client. Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated; likewise we will attempt to run on time to the best of our ability. The full amount of time is necessary for each appointment because it includes your full service as well as check out. If you are 10 minutes or more late we will gladly reschedule you, but we will have to charge you for the missed service. If you need to cancel or change an appointment, please try to give us at least 24 hours notice. In some cases, a fee of half of your service cost may be charged. Same day cancellations or failure to show for an appointment may result in the full cost of the treatment being charged. We do understand that sometimes unavoidable conflicts may arise, so it is our policy to give each client a "grace cancellation" the first time they cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice. Enforcement of the cancellation policy is at the full discretion of The Waxx Room.
Parking is located in the parking lot to the right of our building in any visitor space or a designated The Waxx Room spot. There is also street parking directly in front of our building.
